Read the Student Handbook and conditions of the Application/Enrolment Form carefully.

All questions on the Application Form must be completed.

If a question does not apply to you, indicate not applicable (N/A) in the space provided.

Acknowledge and sign all sections of the Application Form.

Partners and Spouses must complete separate Forms.

1.  Student Handbook 

Please ensure that you read and understand the Student Handbook prior to applying to attend any course conducted by Sea English Academy International. You must acknowledge that you have read and understood the Student Handbook on your Application/Enrolment Form.

2.  Application Form

Complete the Sea English Academy Application/Enrolment Form when applying to attend a course conducted by Sea English Academy International. Please complete all sections of the form.

Application Forms must be received no later than 14 days prior to the course commencement.

3.  Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee per applicant must be enclosed with the application. 

4.  Release of Liability, Financial Responsibility Forms and Declaration

The Release of Liability and Financial Responsibility forms must be signed before your application can be processed.

5.  Medical Requirements

Application for all courses do not require health or medical forms, however, in order to best serve you, we would ask you to inform the course registrar of any medical conditions that may be of importance.

6.  Visa Requirements

Contact your regional office for full details of student visa requirements. If you have any queries regarding visa please contact the course registrar prior to your application.

7.  Correspondence

All forms must be sent to the Registrar of our course location.
